Talent Barcelona in collaboration with Last Tour joins Calexico on their European tour commemorating the 20th anniversary of their iconic album “Feast of Wire”. This critically and popularly acclaimed album brought them the recognition they deserved, with seductive songs exploring crushed hope and the corruption of beauty.
During the month of October, the band will offer a series of concerts in Vigo, Madrid, Zaragoza, Girona and Oporto in which they will perform “Feast of Wire” in its entirety, along with other hits from their complete repertoire.
Calexico has been a creative force on the music scene for over three decades. Founded by Joey Burns and John Convertino in Tucson, Arizona, they have left an indelible mark on music with their fusion of roots, rock, and Latin influences. Over the years, Calexico has continued to release acclaimed albums, collaborate with diverse artists, and conquer renowned stages. His music has been praised for its live energy and his ability to combine the strength of Sonic Youth with the finesse of Elliott Smith.
